C-A-S wants to make this a pleasant experience & to build a strong relationship with each & every one of our drivers. C-A-S drivers will have dedicated 24-hour support teams available while they are on the road or off on home time.

Organization is what separates good companies from great companies. Drivers enjoy all of the small details that are taken care of at C-A-S. Our drivers have an average of 8 years of driving experience. C-A-S is organized so that our drivers work in unison with our logistics department. This allows the driver to be a part of the process. It also helps dispatch see things from a different perspective & to add to their growing knowledge.
Solo Drivers
Company drivers earn $ 0.65 cents per mile, with all miles paid. We offer over 3,000 miles weekly.
Team Drivers
Team drivers earn $0.70 per mile, with all miles paid. We offer over 5,000 miles weekly.
Owner Operators
Do you have your own truck but do not want to have the hassle of finding your own loads or deal with accounting tasks on a daily basis? C-A-S can solve those issues for you. Our logistics specialists will keep your truck moving with a good weekly gross & CPM.
Applicant Requirements
We require a minimum of 4 years of previous CDL driving experience.
Each applicant must be at least 25 years of age.
No current CDL suspension or revocation.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & exceptional DAC Report.
Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
This is a 1099 employment opportunity.
